We arrive about an hour before your event starts to get everything set up and looking perfect. Teardown takes about an hour too, and both are fully included in your package. Your booked hours are 100% run time. Not a single minute gets eaten up by setup.
Always. Every booking comes with a dedicated, professionally trained attendant who's there for the entire event helping guests with props, keeping the energy up, and making sure everything runs without a hitch. You won't have to think about the booth for a single second.
Absolutely. Guests can text or email photos directly from the booth and post to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, wherever they live online. Because waiting three days to share a great photo should be illegal.
Events within 40 miles of Charlotte travel free. That covers most of the greater Charlotte area including Concord, Huntersville, Gastonia, and Rock Hill. Further out? Just ask. We'll put together a custom quote and we genuinely love a road trip.
We love to party full stop. Weddings, corporate events, brand activations, trade shows, galas, birthday bashes, quinceañeras, bar mitzvahs, holiday parties, fundraisers... if there are people and a good time to be had, we're in. Every experience is fully customized to your event's goals and audience.
Yes, setup and teardown are both included, no hidden charges. If you book a 3-hour package, you get 3 full hours of booth run time. We usually arrive an hour before your event kicks off, but we'll coordinate the exact timing with you in advance.
Definitely! If you have a specific look in mind, bring it. Just try to use a non-reflective surface for the best photo quality, shiny fabrics can create glare. Or choose from our collection of 20+ backdrops: classic, elegant, floral, minimalist, whimsical — we've got something for every vibe.
We need at least a 10×10 foot area, access to a standard power outlet, and level ground. Tight on space at your venue? Reach out and we're pretty creative about making things work.
