For the best setup, we usually recommend about a 10x10 space. The booth itself does not take up the full area, but we need enough room for the platform, the rotating camera arm, the attendant, stanchions if needed, and a safe guest flow around the booth. If the space is tighter, we can usually still make it work depending on the venue layout.
Yes, we can bring the 360 booth outdoors, but the setup does need to be on a flat, stable surface. We also have to consider weather, wind, lighting, and access to power. If there is a chance of rain or strong wind, we recommend having a covered area or backup indoor location so the booth and guests are protected.
Each video usually takes about 20 to 45 seconds to capture, depending on the setup and how guests pose. After that, the system processes the video and adds the effects, music, and branding. Most guests can receive their video within a short time after the session.
Yes, our 360 booth comes with an attendant. The attendant helps guests get on and off the platform safely, explains what to do, keeps the line moving, and makes sure the experience runs smoothly throughout the event. This is not the type of booth we recommend leaving unattended.
360 booths work great for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, brand activations, school events, galas, proms, grand openings, holiday parties, and nightlife-style events. It is a good option when you want something high-energy that gets people moving and creates fun social media content.
It depends on the size of the platform, but for most events, we recommend 1 to 3 guests at a time for the best-looking video and safest experience. Sometimes more people try to jump on, but we always guide guests so the video looks good and everyone stays safe.
Yes. Guests can usually send the video to themselves by text, email, QR code, or AirDrop depending on the setup and internet connection at the venue. Once they receive the video, they can post it to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or anywhere else they want.
Events within 40 miles of Charlotte are completely free. Beyond 40 miles, contact us for a custom quote. We serve most of the greater Charlotte area.
