Barns and farm venues. Ask your coordinator where the nearest outlet is before the day. Older barns sometimes have only a few, and the booth needs one within reach. A level spot on the floor matters too, for the booth and for guests in heels.
Vineyards and outdoor receptions. Plan a covered spot for the booth, like a tent, a porch or a corner of the tasting room. Rain and harsh afternoon sun are both hard on photos, so shade is worth asking about.
Estates and ballrooms. Historic homes like The Grande Victorian often have vendor load-in rules and set times. We arrive about an hour before your start time, so share the venue’s timeline with us when you book.
Breweries and private rooms. Smaller rooms fill up fast. Agree on the booth’s 10 by 10 feet of floor space with the venue ahead of time, so it doesn’t end up squeezed into a corner.

Yes. We need about 10 by 10 feet of floor space and an outlet nearby. Check your venue’s vendor rules, and we’ll handle the rest.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Dates are first come, first served, and custom experiences need at least 3 weeks.
