How your wedding day works
- Before the day. We design your print template in your colors, pick the backdrop with you, and coordinate placement with your planner and venue.
- During the reception. We set up about an hour before your booth start time. Our attendant runs the booth for every hour you book and makes sure everyone gets their moment, from group shots to grandparents.
- After. We pack down, and your full-resolution gallery arrives the next day.

How much does a wedding photo booth cost in Charlotte?
The Print Booth starts at $999 and the Glam Booth at $1,199, both with an attendant and a custom template. Audio guest books start at $349, video guest books at $649 and digital seating charts at $1,200. Delivery, setup and teardown are free within 40 miles of Charlotte.
When do you set up?
About an hour before your booth start time, so it’s ready the moment your booked hours begin. Tell us if you want it running from cocktail hour. The hours you book are all run time.
Can the booth match our wedding colors?
Yes. We design the print template in your exact colors with your names and date, and help you choose a backdrop that fits.
When do we get our photos?
Guests get prints and digital copies at the booth. You get a full-resolution gallery of every photo the next day.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can, since dates are first come, first served. Custom experiences need at least 3 weeks.
Can we book more than one service?
Yes. You can pair a photo booth with an audio guest book or a seating chart, for example. For two or more services, ask for a custom quote.
