How your gala booth comes together
- Tell us about the event. Date, venue, guest count and sponsors. We send a quote with the right booth for your crowd.
- We design it. Your cover, print template or video overlay, with your cause and sponsor logos, approved by you before the night.
- We run it. We arrive about an hour early, have the booth ready before doors open, and keep the line moving until the last guest.

How much does a gala photo booth cost in Charlotte?
The Glam Booth starts at $1,199 and the 360 photo booth at $750 for 2 hours. Magazine booths and fully branded setups are quoted around your event. Delivery, setup and teardown are free within 40 miles of Charlotte.
Can our sponsors’ logos go on the photos?
Yes. Logos go on the print template and the digital overlay. We can also brand the booth itself and build a custom backdrop for your sponsors.
Are you insured?
Yes, Charlotte Photo Booth Rental is insured.
Will the booth be ready on time?
Yes. We arrive about an hour before your start time, and every booking comes with our on-time guarantee: the booth is set up and ready before your guests arrive.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Custom covers and branded setups need at least 3 weeks. Need it sooner? Ask about a rush order, which carries an extra cost.
Do you travel outside Charlotte?
Delivery is free within 40 miles of Charlotte. Farther than that, we’ll quote the travel. The AI and roaming booths travel nationwide.
