How we work
Planning runs through Ade. You send your date, venue and guest count, and you get availability and a price within 24 hours, usually the same day. From there:
- Delivery, setup and teardown are free within 40 miles of Charlotte.
- We arrive about an hour before your start time, and the hours you book are all run time.
- Every booking comes with our on-time guarantee: set up and ready before your guests arrive.
- We design your print template or overlay, with your names, date, logo or colors, and you approve it before the day.
- The Print Booth and Glam Booth come with an on-site attendant for every hour you book.
- You get an online gallery of every photo after the event.
- We’re insured, and we can send proof to your venue.
What we bring
- Print Booth: unlimited prints on a template we design for your event.
- Glam Booth: black-and-white studio portraits with flattering light.
- Digital Photo Booth: photos straight to guests’ phones by QR code, text or email.
- 360 Photo Booth, Magazine Booth and Enclosed Vintage Booth.
