Can it be used outdoors?
Only under cover. The screen isn’t weatherproof, so it needs a covered space and a standard power outlet.
Do I need two screens?
One screen covers most events. For 200+ guests, or a screen at both the entrance and another key spot, two screens are $1,800.
Can the screen do anything once everyone is seated?
Yes. With Seating Chart + AI Caricature ($2,500 for 5 hours), the same 65-inch screen switches to live AI caricatures after seating. Guests watch their caricature appear on the screen and leave with a print plus a copy by text or email.
Can it show photos from the photo booth?

How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, since dates are first come, first served. Custom designs need at least 3 weeks. Need it sooner? Ask about a rush order, which carries an extra cost.
